Ingredients For Cooking Thai Tod Mun
These are the ingredients you will need to cook Thai Tod Mun
- 1 pound medium shrimp, cleaned, shelled and deveined.
- 3 tablespoons Gang Ped Paste (red Thai curry paste).
- Thai long green beans (Tua Fak Yao) finely cut.
- 7 Thai long green beans (Tua Fak Yao) finely cut.
- 3 Prik Kee Noo Thai peppers.
- 1 small piece of finely cut lemon grass.
- 3 cloves of smashed garlic.
- 3 Kaffir Thai lime leaves cut into thin strips.
Instructions For Cooking Thai Tod Mun
Put 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, cleaned, shelled and deveined, ½ pound Carp no bones, 3 table spoons Gang Ped Paste (red Thai curry paste), 3 tablespoons fish sauce (Nam Pla), 3 Prik Kee Noo Thai peppers, 2 Tablespoon cut Thai basil leaves, ½ pieces of finely cut lemon grass, and 3 cloves of smashed garlic in your Cuisinart and blend until all the ingredients are mixed into a paste. Then hand mix in the 3 Kaffir Thai lime leaves cut into thin strips, and the 7 Thai long green beans (Tua Fak Yao) finely cut. After you have completely mixed the ingredients hand make 3″ patties. When all the patties are formed start frying them in 2 cups of hot corn oil until golden brown. Serve with the Thai sauce for dipping, enjoy the best in Thai Tod Mun this side of Bangkok Thailand.

- 4 Tablespoons crushed peanuts
- 1/8 cup Thai fish sauce (Nam Pla)
- 1/8 cup sliced onion
- 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 5 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- medium ‘Prik Kee Noo’ Chile and finely cut
