To start this recipe take your 2 cups of Mashed Potatoes and add 3 Tablespoons of Sour Cream, 4 or 5 Fresh Chives Cut up, 1 Tablespoon of Salt, and 1 1/2 Tablespoons Cracked Black Pepper.
