The 1st step is to take your fresh shrimp and clean it. Set this shrimp aside and take a fry pan and place 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil into the pan, and bring it up to medium-high heat. Place the clean shrimp into the hot olive oil, and cook until just about done. Take 4 quarts of water add a little olive oil, and salt and bring to a rapid boil.
