- 12 oz. Prime Filet Mignon Steak
- 3/4 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 3/4 Tablespoon Cracked Black Pepper
- 6 Spears of Fresh Asparagus
- 4 Large Snow Crab Legs
- Hollandaise Sauce

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for Steak Oscar. Take 12 oz. Prime Filet Mignon Steak an set out for 30 min to bring to room temperature. Season your Filet Mignon with 3/4 Tablespoon Sea Salt, and 3/4 Tablespoon Cracked. No other seasoning is necessary, but make sure both sides of your Filet Mignon are coated with the seasoning. Pre heat your grill to 450 degrees , and grill your Filet Mignon to a medium rare. The next step is to blanch 6 Spears of Fresh Asparagus in boiling water. When the Asparagus is cooked remove from the water, and pat dry. Boil 4 Large Snow Crab Legs, remove from the water, and shell the Crab Legs. Take your Filet Mignon and set the 6 Spears of Fresh Asparagus on top of the Filet Mignon Steak and add the snow crab legs. Top with Hollandaise Sauce .
