- 1 1/2 pounds Lobster steamed
- 2 Hot Dog rolls top cut off
- 2 Tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise
- 1 Teaspoon of Celery Seed
- 1/2 Tablespoon Sea Salt

To make the perfect New England Lobster Roll you need to use the tail meat of the Lobster. Take one whole lobster and place it 2 quarts of boiling water. Remove the Lobster and let it cool. Take 2 Hot dog rolls and cut the tops of the rolls.
