This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for Lobster Baby Cakes. This how you make Baby Lobster Cakes. The recipe is easy just take a small mixing bowl , beat one egg and add 3 1/2 table spoons of Hellmann’s Mayonnaise. Add 1 tablespoon Slap Your Mama Seasoning, 10 rounds of black pepper, and 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder. Mix these ingredients with the 3 1/2 Tablespoons Panko Bread Crumbs. Take and chop your two Lobster tails into small bite size pieces. Mix the lobster and the rest of the ingredients and start two form 6 patties that you will top with more of the Panko Bread Crumbs. In a Fry Pan on med. heat add 3 tablespoons cooking oil and place your Lobster cakes into the hot oil. Fry on both sides, and place on a paper towl to drain. To make the sauce add 1 tablespoon of Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, 1/2 Tablespon Sriracha Hot Sauce, 1 tablespoon Green Onion, and the juice of 1/2 lemon, mix. Top the finished Lobster cakes with the sauce and serve!
