This are the ingredinces you will need to make a grat pot of homemade Beef Stew

  • 2 Pounds of Beef Chuck Roast
  • 3 Tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 chopped White Onion
  • 3 cloves of chopped Garlic
  • 1 Stock of Chopped Celery
  • 1 Cup of Red Wine
  • 2 fresh Bay Leafs
  • 2 Fresh sprigs of Thyme
  • 7 oz can of Tomato Paste
  • 5 rounds of Cracked Blck Pepper
  • 32 oz of Beef Stock
  • 1 chopped Carrot
  • 2 pealed cut White Potatoes
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons of Pink Himalayan Salt

Cooking Instructions For Best Homemade Beef Stew Recipe

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for all American Beef stew. Start out by by cutting 2 pounds of Beef Chuck Roast into 1″ cubes. Coat your cut up Beef with flour. Take a large stock pot and add 3 Tablespoons cooking oiland bring the oil up to high heat. Brown the Beef in the hot oil to sear in the juices. Affter the Beef is browned of remove it from the stock pot. Add to the remaining oil in your stock pot1 chopped White Onion, 3 cloves of chopped Garlic and 1 Stock of Chopped Celery.Deglaze your stock pot with 1 Cup of Red Wine, and cook the vegetables until tender. Add 2 fresh Bay Leafs, 2 Fresh sprigs of Thyme, and 7 oz can of Tomato Paste. Stir the ingredinces around and add 5 rounds of Cracked Blck Pepper, then return the browned off Beef Stew Meat to the stock pot. Add 32 oz of Beef Stock and stir the ingredinces thoroughly. Then cook low and slow for about 2 hours. Remove the Bay Leafs, and sprigs of Thyme. Add the 1 chopped Carrot, and the 2 pealed cut White Potatoes, bring the Stew upto a boil and cook for about 10 more minutes until the Potatoes are tender. Add 2 1/2 Tablespoons of Pink Himalayan Salt or regular salt, and stir.For Beef Stew is now finished and ready to serve, enjoy!
