- 1/8 cup extra virgin oilive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh garlic

Cooking Instructions For A Cold Asparagus Salad
In a stock pot add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the cut Asparagus and cook until the Asparagus it is al dente. Remove the Asparagus and place in a ice bath of ice and water to cool the Asparagus.
