- 1 pound of fresh Halibut
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 5 rounds of black pepper
- 1 tablesppon sea salt
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Take 1 pound of fresh Halibut and place 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil, 5 rounds of black pepper, 1 tablesppon sea salt, and 1 tablespoon crushed garlic on the Halibut. Reduce 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar into a fine sweet sauce. Place the Halibut steak on the grill for 5 min. Flip the fish and cook on the other side for 3 more minutes.
