- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 8 oz. of Tomato Sauce
- 6 Asian Hot peppers
- 4 tablespoons Ginger minced
- 1 White Onion
- 1 Parboiled White Potato
- 2 tablespoons Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Indian Yellow Curry
- 3 Tablespoons hot Indian Curry Paste.
Cooking Instructions For Cooking Indian Shrimp Vindaloo Curry
This is The Bald Chef’s recipe Indian Shrimp Vindaloo Curry. In a Wok or Stock pot bring to heat 2 tablespoon Olive Oil to high heat. Add the 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped fine, 6 Asian Hot peppers cut thin, 4 tablespoons Ginger minced and 3 Tablespoons hot Indian Curry Paste, Stir fry the spices. Add the 1 Pound of 16 count White Shrimp that should be cleaned and pealed , and 1 Parboiled White Potato cut into 1 inch cubes. Stir fry the shrimp and add the 8 oz. of Tomato Sauce, and 2 tablespoons Indian Yellow Curry mixed with 1/4 cup water.
