- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp of minced garlic
- 85/15 chili meat 1 ¾ lbs
- 3 chopped poblano or bell peppers
- 1 white onion chopped
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp cumin
- 5 tbsp of chili powder
- Garlic powder
- 1 ½ tbsp. ground chipotle pepper
- 14 oz can petit cut tomato
