- 1 Roma tomato chopped up fine
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 cups of day-old Thai white Rice
- 1 teaspoon of Asian black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of black thick soy sauce
- 1 cup of bean sprouts
- 1/8 cup Thai basil
- 1 chopped white onion
- 1 egg
- Dried Thai chili pepper to taste, and lime slices

In a Wok on high, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 4 cloves of chopped garlic, and one chopped up Roma tomato, stirfry until some of the water has evaporated off. Add the Thai basil, and Asian black pepper. Add the 1 pound of white shrimp cleaned and shells removed. Stirfry the shrimp until have cooked. Push the shrimp mixture to one side of the Wok and add one half of your rice to the top of the shrimp. Crack 1 egg and partially cook, then stirfry the shrimp, egg, and Rice together. Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, one chopped white onion, and 1 cup of bean sprouts, continue cooking. Add the rest of the rice, and the black thick soy sauce. Stirfry until thoroughly mixed. Serve with lime slices and Dried Thai chili powder to taste.
