  • 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 20 16 count Jumbo Texas white shrimp
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Black Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup of the Bald Chefs chili sauce
  • 1 white onion, sliced thin
  • Mexican Red Rice
  • 1/2 tablespoons of sea salt

This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for Mexican Shrimp. This recipe starts by taking 20 fresh Texas 16 count shrimp and cleaning and peeling the Shrimp. When your shrimp are de-veined and washed set them aside into a bowl. Take 2 cloves of garlic remove the skin and chop the garlic into a fine chop. Place a fry pan on high heat and add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil when the oil is hot, add that 2 cloves of chopped garlic, sauté the garlic until the oil is infused with the garlic flavor. Chop one Green and Red Bell Pepper into thin julienne strips. Take the slice onion, and bell pepper combination and stirfry into the garlic infused oil until the onion and peppers are almost cooked tender. As the vegetables are frying add 1/2 tablespoons of sea salt, and 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper.The next step is to throw into the fry pan the cleaned 16 count fresh and white shrimp, which should be cooked until tender, but not fully cooked. Then add 3/4 cups the Bald Chef’s classic homemade Chili Sauce to the fry pan and cook the sump until they are infused with the chilies.
