This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for Tandoori Chicken. To prepare this Indian recipe take 2 pounds of chicken and skin it completely, cutting away any excess fat. Then place the chicken into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of yogurt. To the mixing bowl add 2 tablespoons of Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Salt,1 tablespoon Black pepper, Indian hot pepper powder, or cayenne pepper to taste (highly recommended),1 1/2 tablespoon of garlic, chopped finely, 1 tablespoon of Tamarack powder,1 1/2 tablespoons of Coriander and Cumin powder, if you can’t find this split this into half portions,2 drops of red food coloring,5 drops of yellow food coloring.
