This is The Bald Chef’s recipe for Tandoori Chicken. To prepare this Indian recipe take 2 pounds of chicken and skin it completely, cutting away any excess fat. Then place the chicken into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of yogurt. To the mixing bowl add 2 tablespoons of Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Salt,1 tablespoon Black pepper, Indian hot pepper powder, or cayenne pepper to taste (highly recommended),1 1/2 tablespoon of garlic, chopped finely, 1 tablespoon of Tamarack powder,1 1/2 tablespoons of Coriander and Cumin powder, if you can’t find this split this into half portions,2 drops of red food coloring,5 drops of yellow food coloring. Mix All ingredients thoroughly and marinate overnight in your refrigerator, or for at least 4 hours. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
